By downloading, installing, or using a MogooStudio app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Agreement to these Terms does not itself constitute consent to personalized advertising or tracking; those choices are requested separately where required.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, redistribute, interfere with, or misuse any part of our apps, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits, and not to use them for any unlawful purpose.
All content, graphics, code, and trademarks within our apps are owned by MogooStudio or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Some apps or versions may display optional ads served by Google or other disclosed providers. Ad content, availability, and delivery may be controlled by those providers, and an ad does not imply our endorsement of the advertiser. For information about advertising data, see our Privacy Policy.
Some MogooStudio Apps may offer optional rewarded ads. Before each ad, the App identifies the action required and the reward offered. In Minimalist Breakout, an eligible end-of-run rewarded ad grants one additional amount of Core Shards equal to that run's normal end-of-run reward, at most once for that run.
You must affirmatively choose to watch the ad. Closing it early, failing to complete it, an unavailable ad, a network or provider error, or a missing completion confirmation does not qualify for the reward. We will use reasonable efforts to correct verified technical errors.
Core Shards and other virtual items are licensed only for personal use within the applicable app. They are non-transferable, have no real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may not be sold or exchanged outside the app.
Watching a rewarded ad is not required to access the core game. Rewards are not offered in exchange for granting ATT tracking permission or consenting to personalized advertising. An ad opportunity may be unavailable if ads cannot be requested.
Apps, features, ads, and rewards may be unavailable, interrupted, updated, modified, or discontinued. We do not guarantee that an ad or reward opportunity will always be available, and we will provide notice where applicable law requires it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MogooStudio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of an app. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may suspend or terminate your license to use an app if you materially violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights or remedies available to you under the consumer laws of your place of residence.
