1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how MogooStudio ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use our games, apps, and related support services (collectively, the "Apps").

Data practices vary by App and version. Advertising and tracking sections apply only to an App version that actually includes the described services. Consent to advertising personalization or tracking is requested separately where required.

2. App-Specific Practices and Information Processed

The App and service practices covered by this Policy are:

Minimalist Breakout: the core game is offline single-player. Depending on the services included and disclosed for the distributed build, it may use GameAnalytics for gameplay analytics and Google Mobile Ads and Google UMP for optional rewarded ads; ATT may be requested on iOS.
Flappy Ball Hop: the core game is offline single-player. Depending on the services included and disclosed for the distributed build, it may use GameAnalytics for gameplay analytics and Google Mobile Ads and Google UMP for optional rewarded ads; ATT may be requested on iOS.
Conditional application: a service-specific section of this Policy applies only when that service is actually included and enabled in the App you use. If a service is absent or disabled, that service does not process information for that App.
Future Apps: before enabling a new third-party service or materially changing the information processed or its purpose, we will update this Policy and any required store disclosures.

Only App versions that include Google advertising services may cause Google to automatically process:

IP address, which may be used to estimate the general location of a device.
Device identifiers, including the advertising identifier (IDFA) when you authorize tracking on iOS, and other app- or developer-bounded identifiers.
Advertising data and interactions, such as ads shown, video views, app launches, taps, and interactions with ads.
Crash logs, diagnostic information, app performance data, and consent or privacy choices.

Only an App that includes and discloses GameAnalytics may cause GameAnalytics to process:

A randomized SDK-generated user identifier. We configure the SDK to use this randomized identifier and do not send a player name, email address, or account identifier.
Gameplay and product-interaction events, such as run starts and endings, waves cleared, scores, virtual-currency grants and spending, upgrades, daily rewards, and rewarded-ad progress.
App, session, device, and technical information, such as app and build version, platform, operating system, device information, session data, IP address, and approximate location derived from the IP address.
Advertising-related events needed to measure the optional rewarded-ad funnel. Automatic GameAnalytics error reporting is disabled in our current integration.

If you contact us for support, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, issue description, screenshots, device details, and communication history.

3. How Information Is Used

Information may be processed for the following purposes:

To provide the applicable App and save progress and settings locally on your device.
In App versions that offer ads, to deliver contextual or personalized ads and provide an in-app reward after an eligible rewarded ad is completed.
To measure ad performance, control ad frequency, maintain security, and prevent fraud or abuse.
To diagnose crashes, monitor performance, and improve the reliability of the advertising service.
To respond to support requests and comply with applicable laws or lawful requests.
In App versions that include GameAnalytics, to understand gameplay progression, retention, virtual-economy balance, feature use, and the reliability of the optional rewarded-ad flow, and to improve game design.

4. Third-Party Services

When an App includes advertising, Google AdMob, Google Mobile Ads SDK, and Google UMP provide advertising and consent-management functions. We do not currently use an advertising mediation network.

5. Consent and Tracking Choices

Where required, including in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, UMP displays a privacy message before advertising data is processed on a consent basis. When required, the applicable App provides a Privacy Options entry point so you can review or change your choices.

Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT) is a separate iOS permission. If you allow tracking, Google may access the IDFA for personalized advertising and ad measurement. If you decline, the IDFA is unavailable and the applicable App does not use it for cross-app tracking; Google may still process other information described in this Policy and may serve contextual, non-personalized, or limited ads.

Access to an App's core functionality is not conditioned on granting ATT permission or consenting to personalized advertising. Watching a rewarded ad is always optional. If ads cannot be requested under your choices or applicable law, the optional reward opportunity may be unavailable.

6. Sharing, Sale, and Disclosure

For an advertising-enabled App, advertising-related information may be transmitted to and processed by Google and its advertising technology providers. For an analytics-enabled App, the analytics information described above may be transmitted to and processed by GameAnalytics. These providers process information to provide the applicable functions described above, subject to applicable law and their published commitments.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws may define personalized advertising as a "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising. Where applicable, you can exercise the available opt-out through the applicable App's Privacy Options or by contacting us.

We may also disclose information you provide when necessary to answer your support request, comply with law or legal process, or protect users, the public, or MogooStudio.

7. Storage, Retention, Security, and Transfers

Local app data remains on your device until you delete it, clear the app data, or uninstall the applicable App. We do not store your game progress on our servers.

We retain support communications only as long as reasonably necessary to answer your request, maintain appropriate records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

Google and GameAnalytics determine retention and international transfer arrangements for the information each processes under its services and policies. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Apps are intended for a general audience and are not specifically directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where local law requires it. If you are under the applicable age, use an App with a parent or legal guardian.

If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal information to us or that advertising data has been handled incorrectly, please contact us. We will investigate and take appropriate steps as required by law.

9. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or objection to information we control.
Review or change advertising privacy choices through the applicable App's Privacy Options when that entry point is required.
Change ATT permission in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Delete local app data by clearing the app data or uninstalling the applicable App.

Because the Apps listed above have no account system or cloud saves, we cannot retrieve locally stored progress. Analytics-enabled versions use a randomized SDK identifier rather than an account identity, so we may need information from your device or assistance from GameAnalytics to evaluate an analytics-data request. Requests concerning information processed by Google or GameAnalytics may also need to be submitted through that provider's privacy tools.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our Apps, third-party services, legal requirements, or operations. We will update the date above and provide additional notice or request renewed consent when required by law.
